love the P5, the Pho with tendon. nothing scary about eating tendons, good for your joints! and you get to assemble it yourself on a take-out: hot broth, to which you add meat/tendons/onions/celantro/soft rice noodles (jalapenos too, but optional), and last, but not least the sprouts, torn basil, and squeeze that lime wedge. Note: eat it there first to experience it. oh,,oh, and they also have great desserts.
